This is when you add Temps to a Shift Short List or they add themselves via the portal. \\ Notifications and document packs can be sent from this view as well as booking candidates into shifts or sending rejections.\\ \\ {{::shift_progress.png?400|}}\\ \\ This feature requires system administrator set up.\\ \\ ==== Postcode Distance on Person and Contact Selectors ==== A new Postcode field that works in conjunction with the Map button has been added to both the Person and Contact Selectors to enable users to see at a glance the distance between the records in the selector and a specified postcode. \\ \\ This will allow users to do a search for a specific skill or a specific/partial postcode and then enter a postcode in the new field. When clicking on the map button the postcode entered in the field will be shown by the current location symbol on the map, and the records retrieved from your search will be shown and you can click on the lines to see the distance they are from that postcode.\\ \\ In the below example I have done a search for people within a specified department where their postcode contains ‘EH’. This requires System Administrator set up. </pane> <pane id="tabs-enhancements"> ===== ENHANCEMENTS ===== \\ ==== Notifications Enhancements ==== When sending send CVs from the shortlist to a client via a notification a contact event is now logged against the vacancy and the candidate record, previously it would just be logged against the vacancy. \\ \\ New Notification Custom Field function has been created to bring back more detailed rates from the vacancy, rather than just the headline rate this function can be used to bring back rates that match particular grades. \\ \\ Client shift confirmations now have the option for sending one notification to the client with all temps listed or one email per temp. If reports are being attached to the notifications then please contact IQX support to have these amended so they work as expected with both methods. \\ \\ {{::notif_sending.png?200|}} \\ \\ ==== Custom Columns on Temp Desk when All Desks selected ==== It is now possible to set up custom columns on the Temp Desk that will show when desks are set to All, particularly useful for users completing timesheets across multiple desks. This allows for easier searching and allows you to filter on any of the columns shown on screen. \\ \\ ==== Staff Notes - Ability to Edit and Delete ==== If you have the user role that allows you to create staff notes new Edit and Delete buttons have been added that will allow you to edit/delete notes that you have created in the ‘My Notes’ section. The background reason is to ensure that E-Timesheets use only the correct rates. Whilst this is still the case a change has been made so that if you are using SQL Tool (both Modal and Non Modal) when you press F9 rather than closing open windows this will act the same as the execute button. \\ \\ ==== Charts - refresh on dashboard ==== Desktop - Charts, there is a new setting to enable the refreshing of dashboard and homepage data so users can see changes in real time. If set to non-zero, the Desktop - Charts - Dashboard or Home Page will automatically refresh at that interval. \\ \\ ==== New Switch to deal with & Character in 'A&ddress must be entered' ==== A new switch ‘Address Line 1’ has been added to General Settings. You can add your own value here, makes sense to use Address Line 1. This means if you have a client where Address Line 1 is missing and you try to save the record the error message will appear as ‘Address Line 1 must be entered’. Previously it displayed as 'A&ddress must be entered'. \\ \\ ==== Audit Payband changes ==== Changes made to Payband fields are now captured in the Audit Trail. \\ \\ ==== New jobrunner attribute to SendEmail ==== A new attribute SendEmail has been created so that rather than sending emails out directly the email will be passed to a table where a job will pick up the emails and can send them out in batches to avoid being flagged as spam. \\ \\ </pane> </ifauth> <pane id="tabs-fixes"> ===== Fixes ===== * When going into reports from a person record all files were showing as rtm files, this has been fixed so if it is a job rather than a report the file type will show as xml. * Fixed issue where there was no invoice ourref/documenttemplateid being created when creating an ad hoc invoice if a template was not selected. * Transfer batch now set in AccordEmployee table when candidate is P45’d. * Fixed issue where you could delete a Provisional Timesheet even if you pressed no. * Fixed SQL error that was coming up when sending Notification after booking shifts via the person diary view. * Fixed issue with sending Notification Templates not showing when sending from the Placement Selector when none of he templates have a department assigned. * Fixed in IQXAnywhere the Collabora mail merge picking wrong fields where connectivity was reconnected whilst sending. * This is a bug fix to make job form images usable in IQXanywhere and sm-infinity. * Fixed where job runner was not evaluating field switches. * Fixed error when unticking new temppayband fields. </pane> </nav> newreleases/release_2.24.10.txt Last modified: 2024/06/03 15:15by Viola Scott
