Candidate has been working at the same client for 4 months but is not showing as AWR qualified
Are they eligible for AWR?
- Check if they are ticked as AWR Exempt (Check candidate payroll view)
- Check the AWR Role Status - is this set to AWR Applicable or AWR NOT Applicable?
- Has there been a gap in employment of more than 6 weeks? If so this will set the AWR counter back to 0. Check Candidate AWR screen and click on Show Weekly Details (making sure the relevant AWR role is selected - black arrow pointing to that line) and it will show the breakdown of weeks counted towards Qualification.
