Candidate is AWR qualified but the pay and charge rates are not showing correctly.

Check the placement rates.

Once a temp is AWR qualified, the timesheet will filter out rates that have an N in the AWR? column as they are no longer applicable for that temp.

Once a temp is qualified the timesheet will show rate lines with a Y in the AWR? column and any blank AWR? column lines.

If there are no Y or blank lines on the placement rates then there will be no rates showing on the timesheet.

If the pay and charge rates are not correct these need to be updated

If the placement rates are not accurate, check the vacancy rates too as these pull through to placements and will need updating if the changes are relevant for all placements against that vacancy.
