+Alternatively, and this is the best method if wanting to force a database update, add the parameter **NoAuto** to the command line when starting IQX. **The parameter is case sensitive and must be the last parameter**. If using a Windows shortcut to launch IQX, the parameter should be added to the command line shown in Target field in the Shortcut tab of the Properties dialog box.
