For agencies using Rpost this can now be integrated with notifications for sending documents out to be signed. Notification templates can attach a report that contains the signing tags, allowing you to send HTML emails with the documents to be signed attached.

This requires System Administrator set up.

Rate Scripts can now take account of daylight saving time and the hours worked will be adjusted up or down by an hour if the candidate shift starts before 1am, ends on or after 2am and is longer than an hour on the night the clocks change. Those completing timesheets will no longer need to manually adjust for the clocks changing. Requires System Admin Set Up.

The ability to move shift(s) individually or in bulk has been added to the TempDesk shifts view. In order for shifts to be moved they need to be for the same Company and the same Department and you can determine (via a new switch) if it should also be the same TempDesk or all TempDesks.

Move shift at the bottom is for moving single shifts and Move at the top allows you to Ctrl+click to select and move multiple.

Your system administrator will be able to set the General setting should you decide that shifts should only be moved to vacancies that are on the same desk.

For Agencies using Shape Payroll it is now possible to pull payslips and other payroll documents back into the database to be attached to the candidate record. This requires administrator set up, please contact IQX Support.

In IQX managers can set up teams of people called Ops Teams. You can now filter by consultant Ops Team. Look under Filters > Consultant (on every table which can link to a consultant) and you will see a new option, ‘Team’. Note: at design time you can only select from your OWN teams, but when others view your chart and it will filter by the team you selected.

When doing a performance chart of Shifts, you can now select ‘Date Entered’ instead of ‘Date’ as the basis date for the statistics.

A new role has been created to enable only certain users to create new charts, users without the role will only be able to see the dashboard and charts others have given them access to.

The ability to add a compliance document that has a file type of PNG has been added. In addition to this if you have a PNG file in the documents view this can now be copied to compliance as well.

The email address field can now accept up to 200 characters.

Filters have been added to various places in IQX to make finding particular records quicker and easier. These are in the following views, Maintenance>Temps Setup > Temp Desks, Shift Types, Timesheet Cancel Reasons, Shift Cancel Reasons, Shift Order Reasons, Shift Progress States, Unavailability Reasons, Secondary Agency Applicant States, TS Query Reasons, Rate Schemes (in the bottom section once expanded) as well as Vacancy > Rates and Company > Select.

In addition to this Payroll Years within Temps Setup are now ordered in descending date order.
