+When using the bulk shift adder there is now an additional field titled ’Their Ref’ which gives you the option to free type a reference for this group of shifts as shown in the example below.

+When the Web uploaded document is used to create a Compliance document the version on the Documents view is now automatically Archived so that it does not appear on the Portal along side the new Compliance version.  An Agency uploaded document is not auto archived.\\
