Release 2.15.12

The duplicate checking facility has been extended to include candidate email. The new logic will check the full name (>70% similarity) AND postcode OR date of birth OR email address.


Duplicate checking occurs on first Next button and again at Finish.

Users who have access to several divisions can be set to just their own division to display when IQX starts up.

Maintenance - Users - Select User - Scroll down in the 'Name' window.

A warning will be displayed if the user has selected access but not to their own division.

All allowable divisions can be seen by File - Select Division - All.


Hybrid Broadbean is an extension of the Broadbean service to allow potential candidates to apply for a vacancy submitted via Broadbean. Candidates can submit their CVs which, after assessment, can be parsed into IQX as a candidate.

This means that exports, such as to Safe Tempest, can be altered to take advantage of this.

This feature collates information for reporting to HMRC for non-PAYE candidates.

Bulk payments can now be allocated using the Accounts drop Down Menu. This allows for an initial single amount to be entered that is then entered across Account Codes, such as when several cheques are paid in together on one slip.

Tempaid export has been extended to cope with numbers larger than 6 digits i.e > 999,999. This does not include alpha numeric numbers.
