2.2.8.18Popups - Escalations will no longer occur when the target user does not close the popup.
2.2.8.18Placements - Perm placements will show invoice number and allow viewing for non-accounts users.

2.2.8.17Company - If a company has a head of group, the name is shown above Name as “Group Head” on Details view otherwise the field is hidden. Circular references are now blocked. Existing ones cause a Invalid Structure error message. Adding a parent or subsidiary checks if the new company is already in a group warning messages will explain what will happen to existing links.
2.2.8.17Vacancy - Shortlist. Sending CVs can now pick up extra documents and combine into one secured PDF. Document types can be marked as Add to CV send out. Default document types can be set up for a client either by department or globally. Types can be added or removed for each send. A count of missing documents per person is shown. Person documents have to be approved before they will be included.
2.2.8.17Company - Warning. Warnings can be set against a client in a new Warning view. This warning will popup when the client form is opened or the contact changed. When a contact event is initiated with the client, their vacancies, placements or progresses the warning is also shown with an opportunity to cancel.

The number is treated as a “Lead Time” for renewal to decide on ungency of expiring. The view is designed to filter temps for further processing. Clicking a heading will filter all temps with an expired or expiring date in that column. Set “Expiry Lead” to negative to turn off.

An unlinked temp has a “Link to Payroll Master” button allowing locating the duplicate by various methods. A linked one has an “Unlink” button and, if not a master, an “Expand Master” button.
x2.2.8.1Company - Accounts - Invoicing. A Fixed NI and/or Fixed WTR percentage can be set for an account code. On invoicing extra invoice lines will be generated of total line pay times the percentage. User-maintained functions supply VAT, nominal and description.
x2.2.8.1Invoicing. A switch “Extra TS Grouping on Invoice” will turn on invoice timesheet groupings by account code and Invoice Management Groups. This allows batch invoicing by account code and will allow OB10 invoice sending.
x2.2.8.1Temps - Holiday Pay. When entering holiday pay timesheets it is now possible to record holiday unavailability to prove holidays have been taken, not just paid.
x2.2.8.1Temps - Payroll - Accord linked systems only. Holiday timesheets can be entered for future weeks with 0 pay rate and the correct rate will be calculated on transfer to payroll.
2.2.8.1Temps - Holiday Pay. Holiday pay can now be processed in hours.
2.2.8.1Expenses Claims - Expenses Claim Pay Bands can be restricted to a single division.
2.2.8.1Desktop - Diary now refreshes when appointments added/deleted.
2.2.8.1Person - P45 now shows future booked shifts. Holiday pay button can be hidden by Temps switch. Open placements are ended. Payroll number and tax method are stored with employment periods
2.2.8.1Invoicing - Manual invoices show totals when creating. Accounts switch will allow negative lines but this will block allocations and payments.
2.2.8.1Person Selector - # can be used for a payroll number search
