Release 2025.12.19

Digital Signatures are now available in iqxWEB V2, supporting both Self-Signed Certificates and stored p12 Certificates. This feature can be enabled individually as required.

Timesheets

Using the existing timesheet signing setup, it is now possible to capture a fully verified digital signature alongside a timestamp and geo-location. For full compliance, this can optionally use a p12 certificate.

Document Signing

This is especially useful for contracts, allowing candidates to provide a physical signature during Registration or Re-Registration, while automatically capturing core candidate details and question responses.

Reference Declarations

When adding references, candidates can now be presented with a Declaration form to confirm their consent and compliance with the information being provided and shared.

Required Version 2.25.30+
From version 2.25.30, IQX now supports up to 9 reference types. This is managed within iqxWEB V2, allowing agencies to control which reference types are displayed in the portal and enabling acceptance of a wider range of reference types.

UI update: Yes/No questions have been changed from dropdown selectors to tick boxes, making them quicker and easier for candidates to use.

The day of the week is now displayed alongside the Start Date in the Current Requirements view, providing clearer visibility of which day a candidate started.

Version 2.25.30+
With support for up to 9 reference types, iqxWEB now allows you to control what appears in the Employment History section. This is particularly useful for the Education sector, enabling the use of Education References alongside Professional and University references.

Within the Bank Details section of Registration, candidates can now provide their New Starter Declaration, Student Loan, and Student Loan Type.
These details are captured directly in the Candidate Personal Details section, rather than as separate questions.

Removed unsafe-inline to improve security and used cryptographic security to allow style blocks and script blocks in jobs.

URL Paths are now case-insensitive.
