Depends on Questions Expanded

The functionality of “Depeneds on” Questions has been added to Multiple Choice and Check Box questions.

Cancelling Unfilled Shifts

If allowed, Clients can now cancel unfilled Shifts if they are no longer required.

Registration Required Links

There is a new option in the registration where the candidate must click a link before proceeding to the next page, this could be useful for certain Ts and Cs

AI Updates

We now have certain AI features in iqxWEB, including the ability for a Candidate to upload a document on the Registration to pre-fill certain information

Auto Logout on Registration

Added ability to auto logout or redirect on a Candidate completing Registration

Switchable Warning Symbol

Option to hide Client Must Confirm added as new behaviour.

ENHANCEMENTS

Visibility Improvements

We have improved the visability of some areas to tidy up and make pages easier to use
Removed Client Action buttons once shift has been worked
Loading symbols on certain actions like uploading documents and adding availability
Ability to hide Home Page Action Tasks and Requirement Information popup tabs

Search Improvements

Added new functionality to current requirements search to look across all data fields and to download a printable document of search results.

Sign Documents Improvement

Added UTR Number as a field to insert into the Document to sign

Usability Improvments

We can now remove the option for the Referee to request a copy of the Reference if this goes against your GDPR Policy
We can also remove the right to allow Candidates to reject Shifts on the Diary

Registration Improvements

You can now set the Bank Details section of the Registration as Mandatory so they cannot proceed without entering this information
The Video Recording element of the Registration is now Available on Mobile and App Registrations as well as Desktop.

HTML Documents Available to Clients

If a Candidate has certain HTML Documents Published to Web, the Client can now see these along side pdf, images and all other types of files.

Fixes

Timesheet Authorising Error

Fixed an issue where you could not Authorise Timesheets on the multi Timesheets view.

Duplicate Timesheets

An issue was fixed where if users had linked iqxWEB records, there was duplicates of each Timesheet showing.

Shift Template Short Order

When a client is adding a shift the shift templates now obey the sort order set in IQX

Highlighting missed fields on registration

Previously some fields were not highlighting red when a Candidate had not filled in the data and tried to proceed, this has now been fixed.

Downloading HTML documents on App

Candidates and Clients had difficulty downloading HTML documents on the Mobile Apps.
