Outlook 2013

Some registry changes are need to fix a Microsoft bug, to allow IQX to access the Outlook in 'click to run' MS Office 2013.

This will need to be done by a user with full administrative rights on the machine in question.

Download the zip file from the link below and unpack the reg file from the zip. Then run Regedit and select the IQXOutlook2013.reg file. Note that this reg file will do the fix for both 32 & 64 bit installs. While IQX only uses 32-bit Outlook, other applications that use 64-bit Outlook may also benefit as this is a general problem!

Download Office 2013 registry fix.

For x64 Windows OS (XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Server 2003, Server 2008 and Server 2012).

If once you have run the correct registry fix and you now have a different error:

“unable to load by Microsoft Word call was rejected by Callee”

The you need to run the following registry fix.

Download EnabledCOM registry fix

For all OSs.
