Page Text

In V1, page text was created and managed by IQX Support within the IQX.
In V2, consultants can now manage page text directly through the Consultant Portal.

After logging in, the consultant can go to Customise → Page Text. From there, they will see a dropdown list containing all existing page text entries for the standard pages. They can also create new page text entries, for example for Questionnaire Group pages or other custom pages (support team still required to help set up).

Page text is entered using HTML, but there are some important restrictions:

Only plain HTML is allowed.

No CSS or styling is permitted.

No <body> tags are allowed, as the page can only have one body element.

The system is strict about valid HTML. If the HTML is invalid, it will not let you save.

The editor also provides a live preview, so consultants can immediately see how the text will appear once saved.
