IQX won’t allow me to make a placement against a client

The client status needs changing from Prospect to Client

• Make sure you are in the correct division
• Open the clients form and change the state field accordingly in the top left box of the client record

Note Depending on how IQX has been configured, it may be that only authorised staff can change this setting
