Bulletin/announcement messages shown to candidates or clients in iqxWEB. Bulletins can be time-limited via an expiry date, targeted to candidates, clients, or both, and scoped to specific divisions via “IQXNetBulletinDivision”. If no division rows exist for a bulletin it is shown to all divisions. Archived bulletins are hidden without being deleted.
