==== Switchable Views on the Desk Top ==== \\ In addition to the standard views on the Desk Top it is possible to set up three additional views to enable users to better track applicants and vacancies. It is possible to have the following views - display vacancies in one particular state (useful if you want to keep an eye on vacancies where the client has not yet given you the go ahead to work on it) - display vacancies in multiple states - display candidates that are in multiple states (useful for compliance consultants who need to monitor applicants that might not yet have had their compliance documents checked and those whose documents have expired) \\ These can be customised for your agency but require system administrator set up. \\ \\ These views need to be set up in general settings: - General Settings group of settings number 2070, enter a single vacancy state code. This will enable the additional view to show on the desktop and vacancies with the code entered will be displayed on this view. The view will be called Tracked Vacancies - General Settings group of settings number 2070, enter the vacancy codes with no separators and General Settings group of terminology number 2020 and enter the name for the new view - General Settings group of settings number 2075, enter the applicant state codes with no separators, number 2076 if left blank the applicants displayed will be shown based on the consultant set to Y if you want them to be shown according to the compliance consultant, number 2077 enter a date to change the date range from the default of 365 days before the current date
