**IQX won’t allow me to make a placement against a client**

The client status needs changing from **Prospect** to **Client**
\\ \\
  * Make sure you are in the correct division
  * Open the clients form and change the **state** field accordingly in the top left box of the client record
\\
**Note** Depending on how IQX has been configured, it may be that only authorised staff can change this setting
