-IQXanywhere allows documents, videos, images etc to be stored against records for use in conjunction with IQXanywhere. However, IQXanywhere is not intended as a general purpose document storage solution. The storage of excessive quantities of data can have a detrimental impact on the performance of the system, both for an individual Client, and potentially impact other Clients.
-IQX appreciates that the amount of data that reasonably requires to be stored will vary for different IQXanywhere Clients. If IQX believes that a Client's document storage is potentially excessive, IQX will initially contact the Client and offer advice and assistance in managing the Client's storage usage. If no mutually satisfactory conclusion can be reached, IQX reserves the right to charge the Client fees for additional storage. Those fees will reflect the costs to IQX in providing the additional capacity required on live systems, standby systems, archival space and mechanisms, and bandwidth usage.
